ItGo.ai provides a text-message assistant that car detailing businesses use to answer customers and book appointments. This policy explains what information we collect when you text a business that uses ItGo.ai, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Your phone number and the text messages you exchange with the business.
• Details you choose to share, such as your name, vehicle, the address where the vehicle will be, and notes about the service you want.
• Appointment details such as the service, date, time and price.

How we use it

• To reply to your messages, schedule and confirm appointments, and send reminders.
• To let the business owner see your request and contact you about it.
• To ask for a review after your appointment.
• To text you back if you call the business and nobody answers.
• To send an occasional note when it may be time for your next appointment.

Messages may be processed by an AI service to write replies. We use service providers to send texts and store data, and they may only use your information to provide those services to us.

Text messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We never sell your personal information.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while the business uses ItGo.ai to serve you, and delete it when the business closes its account or when you ask us to.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information by contacting us below. Reply STOP to stop all texts.
