How you join: By texting or calling a business that uses ItGo.ai, or by entering your phone number on a booking form and agreeing to receive appointment texts.

Message frequency: Varies based on your conversation and appointments.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out: Reply STOP to stop receiving messages. You'll get one final message confirming you've opted out. Reply START to join again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
